MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Quarters begin on the 1st of January, April, July, & October
Recurring memberships will automatically renew
Recurring memberships must have an active card-on-file.
Pick up orders must be claimed within 30 days to ensure selection availability
Changes to wine selections are permitted but may result in an additional fee. Changes should be made during the 2 week window prior to the new quarter.
After 2 quarters have passed, unclaimed selections will be shipped to you. Your card-on-file will be charged for associated shipping fees.
Bottle-swap or shipping fees will be applied to your card-on-file
21+ signature required at pick up
Photos taken during Wine Club events may be used for social media and marketing purposes.

Gift a Membership
Gift Memberships are available for both Tiers. You can schedule a gifted membership and the recipient will receive membership perks for 375 days following this date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WINE SELECTIONS:
Which wines do I get? Throughout the year you will end up with one of each bottle on our menu.
How do I make changes? Use the link in your quarterly newsletter to confirm or make changes to your selection. You will be charged the difference if selecting a bottle of a higher value.
When do I receive my wine? Designated pick-up days are scheduled on the first Monday of each quarter for the convenience of our staff. Your bottles will be guaranteed for 30 days.
What if I can’t come to pick up my wine? We ship within the state of Virginia. After 180 days, any unclaimed wine will be automatically shipped to you. If your wines are shipped, your card-on-file will be charged for any shipping fees.
EVENTS:
When are events held? Events will be advertised in your quarterly newsletter and on our online calendar. Reminders for events will be displayed on our social media.
How do I purchase tickets? Links will be provided for all events in your quarterly newsletter and available on our website.
Can I bring a friend/partner with me? Members are able to purchase “couple tickets” for most events.
When are Early Releases? Wines are released as they are ready for consumption. A separate email will notify you once a release date has been set and reminders will be displayed on our social media.
